We seek to build a strong community ethos where we expect everyone to be treated fairly and with respect, and where we celebrate difference. Our community will strive to eradicate all forms of harassment and discrimination linked to protected characteristics and to provide a safe and caring environment for all. The following equalities objectives encapsulate what we are aiming to achieve:
