Welcome to our Transition Information page.

A very warm welcome to all the 'soon to join us' students and their families. We are looking forward to seeing you in school and supporting all our new students on the next exciting phase of their education. In the link below, there is an opening address from myself.

At Hobart High School, our aim is to enhance educational opportunities for young people to the benefit of their community.
